Terms and Conditions


All bookings must be confirmed in writing by the Client.

» A non-refundable booking amount is required to book your of your event with Spoonboon.

» Minimum no. of guest to be confirmed by the client at the time of booking.

» Once booking is confirmed, a booking confirmation will be given to the client in writing via email or WhatsApp by Spoonboon. This confirmation will also include final menu, event summary & total cost based on the no. of guests & location of the event.

» Payment methods available include bank transfer, paytm & cheque.

» 90% Payment is required to be made 7 days before the date of event & balance 10% need to be paid on the day of event.

» Guest over and above minimum guaranteed no. will be charged on actual per plate price.

» In the unfortunate event of a booking being cancelled confirmation in writing will be needed by Spoonboon, and your deposit will be retained.

» We accept no liability for any food supplied to the Client by another caterer (or food products suppliers by the Client themselves) in additional to those arranged by Spoonboon.

» The Client agrees to pay for any loss or damage to any equipment, crockery, cutlery or glassware supplied by Spoonboon for the event.

» Spoonboon will not be held responsible for the theft, lost or damage to any personal effects of the Client.

» Spoonboon shall incur no liability to the Client if performance of the contract is prevented or hindered by any case whatsoever beyond our control and in particular but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, by act of fire, flood, subsidence, sabotage, accident, strike, or lock out and shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting there from suffered by the Client.
